How it Works
You'll receive a portion of buckwheat shoots each week for four weeks. Harvest/delivery/pickup days are Tuesdays and Fridays - tell us your preference.
Fava Shoots
Fava microgreenshoots have a crunchy legume-sweet taste of pea also with a nutty flavour similar to that of sunflower shoots.
They are high in protein, dietary fiber, phytonutrients, folate, levodopa, vitamin B and minerals.
50 grams supplied in a returnable (please) 0.5 liter Mason jar.
